REOC AUSTIN Facilitates Deep Eddy Vodka's Purchase of Buda Facility

REOC Austin Logo Outlines No CapitolMark Milstead, Senior Vice President, Industrial Specialist for REOC Austin, a locally-based commercial real estate company, represented Heaven Hill Brands (dba Deep Eddy Vodka) in its recent purchase of a 194,574-square-foot facility located at 150 Precision Drive in Buda, Texas. 

The Buda facility is a second location for Austin-based Deep Eddy Vodka which was recognized as the #1 fastest-growing spirits brand in the US, according to IRI.  Special thanks to Greg Marberry of CBRE who represented the seller, Lone Star CCC, LP.

$271M sale of city's largest shopping center close

Southpark Meadows deal finally closes.

A large portion of Southpark Meadows shopping center, the biggest development of its kind in the Austin area, has changed hands. Mega-investor The Blackstone Group purchased Phases I and II of the South Austin regional shopping center — about 910,000 square feet — from Canada-based RioCan real estate investment trust.

Some 3,500 homes are poised to be built during the next decade or two on the former dairy farm near East Slaughter Ln. and Old Lockhart Rd, across I-35 from Southpark Meadows, the largest shopping complex in the region.

HEB recently purchased the Twin Oaks Shopping Center on South Congress.

In a South Austin real estate deal, grocery chain H-E-B has purchased the Twin Oaks Shopping Center, a decades-old, ten-acre property at South Congress Ave. and Oltorf St. H-E-B closed on the purchase of the Twin Oaks center at 2315 S. Congress Ave.

H-E-B’s current store at South Congress and Oltorf was built in 1957. The company hasn’t commented on the store’s future after the grocery chain bought the ten-acre shopping center across South Congress Avenue from the store. …Read Entire Post

Cedar Park Professional Offices ready for tenants

Cedar Park Professional Offices, a two-building medical/professional office project, is complete and ready for tenants.

The two-story buildings (12,000 sf each) are located at 1120 Cottonwood Creek Trail and Medical Drive just off FM 1431, near the Cedar Park Regional Medical Center.

The PJ Shop, a women’s clothing boutique, is relocating to 1,399 square feet at Lakeway Town Center, Phase II. The property is located at 2127 Lohman’s Crossing in Lakeway, Texas. Travis Waldrop and Jolie Schooler represented the landlord.

The PJ Shop specializes in women’s loungewear and pajamas and also stocks unique gift items.

Austin Sports Arena has leased 18,000 square feet at 3918 Gattis School Road in Round Rock, Texas. Mark Milstead of NAI Austin represented the tenant.

Papa John’s coming to Lakeway Town Center

Papa John’s has leased 1,304 square feet of space in the Lakeway Town Center, located at 2422 RR 620 South in Lakeway, Texas. Travis Waldrop and Jolie Schooler of NAI Austin represented the landlord.

Papa John’s, a pizza delivery business, was established in Jeffersonville, Indiana. Its first pizza restaurant opened in 1984; there are now over 3,000 locations worldwide.
