The watering hole at 6701 Burnet Road in North Austin closed in 2014 to make way for Burnet Marketplace, a five-story mixed-use project featuring 343 apartments with ground-floor retail. With construction complete, one of those ground-floor spots now belongs to Pour House, which reopened late last month.

After a flurry of recent leases, the retail space is now 85 percent occupied and only one storefront remains, according to the developer, Argyle Residential. Other tenants will include King & Rose Optical, Spavia day spa and Barley Bean, an Austin-based cafe that also offers an assortment of specialty groceries.
