Los Angeles-based BH Properties has acquired the former Golfsmith International Holdings Inc. headquarters facility in Austin out of Golfsmith’s bankruptcy liquidation process for $20.5 million.

Domain 2 and Domain 7 have been acquired by Dallas-based Tier REIT, Real Capital Analytics reports. Endeavor Real Estate Group was backed by Shorenstein Properties in the development of Domain 7, which was just purchased by Tier REIT, a Dallas company.
