JTM Development to Break Ground on Walsh Tarlton Overlook in Austin

Austin-based JTM Development will break ground next week on Walsh Tarlton Overlook, a 55,000-square-foot office building in southwest Austin. Vacant Four Points Wal-Mart location sold to investor

The 220,000-square-foot Wal-Mart Supercenter near Concordia University, located at 8201 N. RR 620, was sold to PacVentures Inc., a California-based commercial real estate company.

The store closed Jan. 28. “We are looking at converting [the building] into offices and nontraditional uses such as recreational facilities,” Founding Principal Andrew Kaplan said.
