CSW Development Sells Office Property

CSW Development has completed the disposition of an office property located at 2711 W. Anderson Lane in Austin. Paydar Properties Inc. acquired the two-story, 29,000-square-foot property for an undisclosed price. The buyer plans to redevelop the property into 27 Eleven, a mid-rise multifamily and mixed-use development in the near future.

Health care system plans to build Pflugerville's first hospital

Baylor Scott & White Health has submitted a proposal to construct a facility at 2600 E. Pflugerville Parkway on 149 acres next to the Falcon Pointe subdivision, Community Impact reports. Pflugerville City Council rezoned the land, near State Highway 130 toll road and East Pflugerville Parkway, in October.
